Staff

Piccalilli staff are employed for a minimum of three hours
at the following rates:
Chef - $44 per hour
Boardroom attendant - $38 per hour
Wait staff - $35 per hour

Equipment hire

Piccalilli can organise hire of tables, chairs, linen and napery, crockery, cutlery and glassware for your special event. A 10% handling fee applies to all hire agreements handled by Piccalilli on the total and final costs. A charge will apply for the delivery and pick-up of any hire goods. Breakages will be billed separately at their replacement value. For events requiring staff and / or equipment please provide us with advance notice to ensure availability.
