How to Order
Catering is available Monday to Friday.
No catering on weekends or public holidays.
- Deliveries are available Monday to Friday from 7am to 5pm.
- Pick-ups available Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm.
- Outcatering available weekday evenings including Friday.
To place an order with Piccalilli you can:

- Place orders online here.
- Contact us via phone on 07 3371 4355. Our office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 4pm business days.
All orders to be placed by 2pm of previous business day.

Delivery
Piccalilli Catering delivery times are between 7 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday. A fee is charged for each delivery, and this fee varies according to suburb. For a list of delivery areas and prices, download the following schedule.

Piccalilli Terms and Conditions
- Each order is made fresh to your specific requirements.
- For all orders, with the exception of sandwiches, please give us at least 24 hours notice, or more in the case of large orders.
- Sandwich orders must be placed by 2:00pm of the previous business day.
- We do our best to accommodate orders placed at short notice.
- Orders can be placed online, emailed, faxed or phoned.
- A 50% deposit may be requested for large orders.
- Orders cancelled after 2:00pm of the day prior to the expected delivery maybe charged at the full price of the order.
- Cancellation must be confirmed in person via telephone and followed up with an email.
- Delivery fees may apply.
- All prices are GST inclusive.
- Payment is required within 14 days of delivery.
- We accept MasterCard, VISA and AMEX and provide an online payment option.
- Arrangements can also be made for a seven day account.
- Invoices are emailed within 24 hours of delivery.
- All platters and packaging are the property of Piccalilli. If platters or packaging are lost, disposed of or damaged, Piccalilli reserves the right to charge clients the replacement cost.
