	Barambah Organic Dairy Using high quality Barambah Organics milk and yoghurt for cooking at Piccalilli is a staple when our aim is to produce products that are consistently of high quality. Barambah Organics and the farm, “Spring Creek”, are certified organic with Biological Farmers of Australia. Organic certification and quality assurance is taken very seriously by Ian and Jane Campbell and their team who go to great lengths to ensure that their organic products are of the highest standard.

	Old Time Bakery A difficult quest to find genuine organic gluten free wraps led Piccalilli to the Old Time Bakery in New South Wales. The Old Time Bakery is 100% Australian owned and their products are made in their certified organic factory in Yagoona NSW. The taste is nothing short of exquisite.

	Grove Fruit Juice All Piccalilli fruit juice is supplied by Grove Fruit Juice, by no means the largest juice processor in Australia but a company dedicated to the development and sustainability of the Australian fruit juice industry. Grove source fruit from Australia's best summer and winter citrus growing areas, with a purpose built processing and distribution facility positioned midway between Australia’s northern and southern citrus crops. 	Knotsbury Farm Eggs The only eggs used at Piccalilli come from the highly reputable, fully accredited free range egg farm, Knotsbury Farm. Whether it’s eggs to be used in cakes, pastry, mayonnaise, sandwiches, or most importantly, in the curd and meringue for our delicious Lemon Meringue Tartlets, they all must be of the highest quality Knotsbury can provide.

Market Fresh Fruits and Vegetables The freshest fruit and vegetables are sourced by one of the Piccalilli business partners from the Rocklea Fruit and Vegetable Markets twice weekly. Building rapport with our suppliers and a hands-on approach means market pricing, seasonal availability and quality can be very closely monitored to produce an excellent result for our clients.
