Grove Fruit JuiceAll Piccalilli fruit juice is supplied by Grove Fruit Juice, by no means the largest juice processor in Australia but a company dedicated to the development and sustainability of the Australian fruit juice industry. Grove’s purpose built processing and distribution facility is positioned midway between Australia’s summer and winter citrus growing areas. Based on seasonal quality, Grove draws its fruit from these areas and blends its oranges to ensure the product is the best available at each particular time of the year. |

Whether it’s eggs to be used in cakes, pastry, mayonnaise, sandwiches, or most importantly, in the curd and meringue for our delicious Lemon Meringue Tartlets, they all must be of the highest quality Knotsbury can provide. Market Fresh Fruits and VegetablesThe freshest fruit and vegetables are sourced by one of the Piccalilli business partners from the Rocklea Fruit and Vegetable Markets twice weekly. Building rapport with our suppliers and a hands-on approach means market pricing, seasonal availability, and quality can be very closely monitored to produce an excellent result for our clients. |
